Andrew J. Kaye
Vice President - Portfolio Management and Corporate Strategy

Mr. Kaye’s responsibilities include the origination, structuring, execution and management of transactions across the firm’s investment silos (including real estate, natural resources, and distressed debt) and advising on corporate development and capital raising. Prior to joining Madison in 2005, Mr. Kaye was an investment banker, including a decade with The Nikko Securities Co. International, Inc., (now Nikko Cordial Securities) where he was a Senior Vice President in Nikko’s Corporate Finance Department focusing on product development and cross-border transactions for US and Japanese industrial, financial and technology companies. Mr. Kaye has also been a corporate and securities attorney with leading international law firms including Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and Mori Hamada & Matsumoto in Tokyo, Japan, and a corporate partner of Davis Wright Tremaine in New York. Mr. Kaye earned a BS from Cornell University and a JD from New York University School of Law.
