Seth M. Wolkov
Executive Vice President - Portfolio Management

Mr. Wolkov’s primary responsibilities include sourcing, researching, underwriting and managing Madison’s real estate-related investments. Mr. Wolkov has over 13 years of experience in the real estate and financial services industries. During his tenure at Madison, Mr. Wolkov has invested nearly $85 million of capital with an aggregate transaction value of approximately $315 million. Prior to joining Madison in 2006, Mr. Wolkov was a Director at Daniels & Associates (Denver), a leading cable, media and telecom investment banking boutique, for seven years, where he was responsible for the sourcing and execution of mergers and acquisitions and private equity placements for clients in a broad range of industries. Before his tenure at Daniels, Mr. Wolkov was an Associate in the Investment Banking Group at Robertson Stephens (San Francisco) for one year, where he was responsible for the analysis and execution of mergers and acquisitions and private placements for clients in the real estate and financial services industries. Previously, he was an Associate at Cousins Properties (Atlanta), a NYSE-listed real estate investment trust, where he focused on office and medical office property acquisitions and identifying, evaluating and executing corporate acquisitions. Mr. Wolkov earned a BA in History from the University of Colorado and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate as the Colorado Real Estate Council Scholar from the University Of Colorado Leeds School of Business. He currently serves as chair of the Leeds Fund Executive Committee and as a member of the Emily Griffith Foundation's Board of Directors.
